    All Sales Are Final β€” Store Credit Only

    OutDressed does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
    We offer store credit only for eligible returns.

    No money will be returned to debit cards, credit cards, cash apps, or bank accounts.


    48-Hour Exchange Request Requirement

    Customers must contact us in writing at contactus@outdressed.com -Β within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

    Requests made after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be approved.

    Items sent back without prior written approval will be refused and returned to sender.

    Exchange Shipping & Restocking Fees

    If your exchange request is approved, OutDressed will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

    The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value.

    In addition, all approved exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee per order. The restocking fee will also be deducted from the store credit or exchange value issued.

    Example:

    • Item Return Value: $75.00

    • Return Shipping Label Cost: $8.95

    • Restocking Fee: $7.50

    • Final Store Credit Issued: $58.55

    Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable and will not be credited.

    By placing an order with OutDressed, customers acknowledge and agree to these exchange and restocking fee requirements.


    Eligibility Requirements

    To qualify for store credit, items must:

    • Be unworn

    • Be unwashed

    • Be unused

    • Have original tags attached

    • Be in original packaging

    • Be free of stains, odors (including perfume), makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

    • Include proof of purchase

    We reserve the right to deny store credit if the item does not meet these conditions.


    Return Shipping Requirements

    If your exchange request is approved:

    • The item must be mailed Certified with Tracking

    • The tracking number must be emailed to us

    • The package must be received at our return address within 7 business days of approval to qualify for full store credit

    If the item is received after 7 business days, store credit may be reduced or denied.

    Outdressed is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

    You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached.

    We will evaluate the issue and issue store credit if approved.


    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are final sale and not eligible for store credit:

    • Custom or special-order items

    • Beauty or personal care products

    • Jewelry (including earrings and body jewelry)

    • Worn accessories (hats, shapewear, undergarments, hair accessories)

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Hazardous materials


    Store Credit Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • Store credit will be issued within 10 business days

    • Store credit is valid for use on OutDressed.com

    • Store credit, e-gift cards, and promotional gift cards are valid for 60 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated

    • Expired store credit or gift cards cannot be reissued, extended, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash
    • Store credit and gift cards are non-transferable and have no cash value

    Final SaleΒ 

    Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

    Final Sale includes, but is not limited to:

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout

    • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sale events

    • Gift cards

    • Discounted merchandise

    Final Sale items will not be restocked and all purchases are considered final upon checkout.

    If a Final Sale item is returned to OutDressed, the return will not be processed, and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

    By purchasing a Final Sale item, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no return, exchange, or store credit will not be provided under any circumstances.

    All Final Sale purchases are final.


    European Union Orders

    EU customers must still contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    EU orders are also:

    • Store credit only

    • No refunds to original payment methods

    • Subject to the same return shipping and inspection requirements
