Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Outdressed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages Outdressed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Orders shipped outside of the United States, including Canada, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid upon delivery if required by the carrier or customs authority.
Outdressed Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
